Mrs. Wafaa Abdul Ghaffar: all matters related to the Preschool Section, interviews with parents, discussions on issues which are not under the jurisdiction of any of the administrators of the Academy

Mr. Ra’ed Irshe’adat (Accountant): fee payments, the status of students’ accounts

Maj. Salahuddin Ahmed (Campus Administrator): transportation, cafeteria, security, maintenance of the campus buildings

Head of the Senior Section (Grades 7 to 12): student behaviour issues, all admin-related matters re students of the Section, to arrange meetings with the Academic Coordinator and/or teachers

Academic Coordinator – Senior Section: test/exam date schedules, status of a student’s academic progress, counseling re subject choices/stream of study

Head of the Junior Section (Grades 1 to 6): student behaviour issues, all admin-related matters re students of the Section, to arrange meetings with the teachers

The Principal’s Secretary: to schedule a meeting with the Principal (please specify the reason for the meeting)
