Enrollment Process

Registration Office

The Registration Office is open from 8:00 am till 3:30 pm daily, Monday to Thursday and 8:00am to 1:00pm on Fridays. You may contact the office by telephone, fax or email to make an appointment to discuss the requirements for the registration of a prospective student.

General requirements include:

·         Registration Form

·         School Medical Form as per Pediatrician’s physical examination of the student

·         Six passport-size photographs of the prospective student

·         Copy of valid passport/ birth certificate

·         Report cards of the two previous academic years

·         Assessments for Nursery, KG-1 and KG-2/ Written Entrance Tests for Grades 1-12

·         Personal Interview with the prospective student

Note: It is the right of SZIA to secure a behaviour and academic report, on a confidential basis, from the prospective student’s previous school. Parents who wish to register their children at SZIA are required to sign their agreement with the rules and regulations of the Academy.

Fee Structure

Fee Structure: Registration is non-refundable but included in the fee structure The total fee is inclusive of: – Registration fee, security & maintenance IB related material Lunch meal Swimming and other club activities Any other course needed by a student like ESL, French as first language, core subjects etc will be charged separately as $500 per course.

Plan of Payment: Registration fee should be paid to secure a seat for the student at the time of registration intimated by administration. 60% of the total fee before admission. 20% of the total fee during the first week of November. 20% of the total fee during the first week of December.

Mode of Payment: During the week of payment, The respective bank officer will be available at the academy’s premises to make it easier for parents to make the payment. No payment will be entertained at the academy other than that, and in this case parents have to collect pay slip from the accounts office to pay at the bank and submit the payment voucher back at the academy’s account office. In case of Direct Transfer, the transfer charges are borne by the payee, otherwise separately invoiced. All payments are to be paid in US dollars.
